Halibut Hat - 2 sessions

The Halibut Hat by Boyland knit uses two colors to create a jaunty hat featuring fish - yes, fish. You may have seen many a fish sweater and even fish mittens. If you'd prefer to make a cowl, you can do that, too. We hope you'll gain a bit of confidence with stranded colorwork and also make something for the fish lover in your life (which may be you!).

Limited to 5 students (16 yrs of age or older); 2 students are required for class to meet. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund.

• Level: experienced beginner/intermediate - you've knit a hat. You know your knits from your purls and can knit in the round. Seriously - this is NOT your first hat or your first time working with circular needles.
  
• We provide: the expertise, great company, and we want to talk to you about your cat.
  
• You bring: yourself, a copy of the pattern (available in-store), two colors of DK weight yarn - hat pictured is knit in Scout. Size 4 and 6 circular and/or DPN needles, and a stitch marker.

• Class length: 2-1/2 hours each session for 5 hours total.
